Biographical Information:
Having a managerial background in retail sales provides Annette with fundamental attributes that are immediately seen by her customers.  She has a true sense of organization and client satisfaction is paramount to her. 

Formerly contracted by the City of New York to inspect properties Annette is armed with knowledge of the criteria required to a masterful sales approach.

She conducts various Real Estate seminars within the local community for the Neighborhood Housing Services (NHS).  These classes educate the first time home buyers.  Many  first time buyers are unaware of the numerous procedures involved in purchasing property.  Annette prepares them with a background in the process of buying a home from beginning to end.  This includes the binder/offer, home inspection/engineer process, attorney selection and mortgage information.  She is available to them throughout their buying process to answer any questions and offer support and assistance where needed. 

Annette is bilingual - she speaks and writes fluent Spanish.  She is also very active in the local community.  She tirelessly volunteers in her church group and Pantry Program. 

Annette is a member of the Staten Island Board of Realtors, the New York State Realtor Association and the National Association of Realtors.  She is available at your convenience.
