Biographical Information:
Real Estate runs in Richie's family.  His father has been a full time Realtor for over 20 years.  Richie learned the tools from his Dad which produced the skills he now possesses.  Richie began his real estate career in Brooklyn.  When he relocated to Staten Island he decided to join the Coldwell Banker DiTommaso Team. 

While at DiTommaso he has received many awards and commendations including Star Performer - 2002. He has also received many awards from Coldwell Banker for Top Achiever and Top Producer.

He has a large referral base which naturally generates a consistent flow of new customers. 

He is a member of the Staten Island Board of Realtors, the New York State Realtor Association and the National Association of Realtors.
