Biographical Information:
Joseph Errichiello a native Islander, has been instrumental in serving the Realty needs for many Staten Island families as a Real Estate Broker.

A second generation Staten Islander, Joe was born and raised in Rosebank and currently resides in Westerleigh with his wife.

Prior to his commitment in Real Estate sales, Joe has had the opportunity to work as a Securities Broker with various Wall Street firms. With over 25 years of Brokerage experience, Joe understands what it takes to succeed with his clients. This experience coupled with Coldwell Bankers extensive resources is what gives him the ability to achieve success both personally and professionally with his clients. He also has obtained the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation which has enabled him to tap into a relatively new niche market right here in Staten Island. By catering to the Real Estate needs of mature adults, basically 50 and over, Joe can ensure his clients a smooth and educational experience.

In addition to being a Full-Time Real Estate Broker. Mr. Errichiello also holds licences as a General Securities Registered Representative and Uniform Securities State Law Agent.
