Biographical Information:
Service with Distinction. Having a background in the helping profession, Veronika is known as a person who goes above and beyond what’s expected, never cutting corners, using her resourcefulness and creativity in going the second mile.

Born and raised on Staten Island, she knows the community well. She has experience as a homeowner, tenant, landlady, and general contractor, wearing a hard hat and completing a roof-raising project along with her husband in converting a handyman special into a legal two-family home, that is versatile and pretty.

Her family is her love. Her husband of twenty-four years is her partner in real estate, and together, they look forward to meeting and serving you. While raising their children, now ages 20 and 18, they have remained active in church, community, and volunteer work, including working with seniors, homeless, therapeutic riding with the disabled, teaching, and cooking.

Veronika is an alumnus of both St. John’s University and Rutgers’s University, where she received her B.A. and M.S.W. degrees, respectively.
She believes that learning is a life-long process, so reading, along with baking, visiting, scrap booking, RVing, and walking, are some of her pastimes, enjoyed with family or alone.
