BAYONNE, NJ – December 21, 2004 - The Heart of Bayonne, The Bayonne Town Center, warmed the hearts of residents and shoppers with their "Home for the Holidays" promotions.This year's events proved more spectacular than ever; crowds of friends, families and guests joined together and joyfully celebrated the season.

The Bayonne Town Center kicked off the Holiday shopping season with it's annual Christmas Tree Lighting on November 22. Crowds of Bayonne residents and holiday shoppers delighted in the festivities. Musical entertainment was provided by children from various Bayonne schools. Special guests singing sensation "Luigi & Arlette" wowed the spectators with a mix of Holiday favorites. Santa made his grand entrance on a Bayonne Fire Truck. Mayor Joseph V. Doria had the honor of lighting the tree. If you missed this spectacular show you can catch it on cablevision, channel 78. It is scheduled to run through the Holiday Season. |

BREAKFAST WITH SANTA
On Saturday, December 18th at McDonald's Restaurant over 140 chidren attended the Bayonne Town Center's Breakfast With Santa. The children were delighted as Santa made his way to each table in order to listen to their Christmas wishes. Santa's helpers, four jolly little elves,were on hand to help pass out special gifts for all who attended. |

SLEIGH BELLS RING!
The Bayonne Town Center's Horse an Buggy rides with Santa caused quite a scene on Saturday, December 4. Children and adults alike braved the cold and lined West 22nd Street all day to ride in style with Santa. |

The Bayonne Town Center's Festival of Lights Menorah Lighting was held December 7th at the Bayonne Community Bank, 510 Broadway. Rabbi Clifford Miller performed the traditional Hanukkah blessings and music was provided by the talented children from Temple Emanu-El Hebrew School. |
