The specifics of our individual lives require us to eat a diet that meets our individual needs. A person that works behind a desk requires different nutrition than a person who builds houses. We also must take into account where we live. A person living in the Vermont countryside is going to require a different diet from that of a person living in New York City. Even within our own lives, we need a different type of diet at age 25 then the one for when we are 65.
