We are seeking to hire for the following positions:

Junior Architect or Architectural Intern

DYAMI offers students an opportunity to work in real-world project settings, fully integrated into design teams, with bi-weekly learning experiences. DYAMI internships challenge students with hands-on practice that strengthens their skills and broadens their perspectives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist on from 1 to 3 projects in different design phases simultaneously
• Assist in maintaining our high standards for creative design
• Assist in meeting project schedules and budgets
• Assist in assembling and making presentations
• Assist in coordinating consultant team
• Assist in coordinating with interior design team
• Assist with design and construction document production
• Assist in producing and coordinating specifications
• Assist in coordinating with vendors and fabricators
• Assist in coordinating and directing contractors and sub-contracto

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years full-time experience
• Minimum Bachelor of Science in Architecture Degree
• Proven design skills - portfolio required
• Construction Document Production track record - examples required
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written
• Positive mature and responsible attitude
• Proficient in Autocad, 3-D rendering a plus
• Experience using Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook; Photoshop a plus
• Freehand drawing/sketching ability a plus Car

• Direct, Assemble and make presentations
• Work directly with clients to meet project objectives
• Initiate client relationships
• Coordinate and direct junior office staff and consultant team
• Coordinate with interior design team
• Assist with design and construction document production
• Produce and coordinate specifications
• Coordinate with vendors and fabricators
• Meet applicable codes and zoning requirements
• Present to State, County, Town, City and Village agencies
• Direct field visits during construction administration phase
• Coordinate and direct contractors and sub-contractors
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members
• Ability to generate new clients a plus

Requirements:

• 4 to 8 years full-time experience
• Minimum Bachelor of Science in Architecture Degree
• Proven design skills - portfolio required
• Construction Document Production track record - examples required
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written
